Terms of Service

STARFIELD (BONMIPANG) · Effective date: October 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of the Terms

STARFIELD (gamepark.bonmipang.com/starfield, the "Service") is provided by BONMIPANG ("we", "us"). By using the Service (including playing as a guest), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. Persons under eighteen (18) may use the Service only after their legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service is a browser-based online game provided free of charge. You may play as a guest, or sign in with your park pass to save your records. Depending on operating conditions, we may add, adjust or remove game content (weapons, modes, balance values and so on) without individual notice.

3. Accounts

Accounts are managed through the park pass. Please keep your signed-in session secure; you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Nicknames must not impersonate others or contain hateful or indecent words.

4. Code of Conduct

Prohibited: using cheats, scripts or automated programs, or tampering with the client, network packets or match results; exploiting bugs for improper gain (please report any you find); reverse engineering, scraping, stress testing or attacking the Service without authorization; colluding to fake matches in order to manipulate ratings; and any other conduct that violates the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Depending on the circumstances, we may respond to violations with a warning, a reset of records, suspension or termination of use, or similar measures.

5. Badges, Ships and Records

Badges, ships and records are for in-game use only, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed or traded outside the game. The Service currently offers no paid items; if any are introduced in the future, we will announce them before launch and provide contract and refund terms in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The code, artwork, sound, names and logos of the Service belong to us or our licensors. Except for normal use for the purpose of playing (including streaming, recording and sharing gameplay footage, which we welcome), you may not reproduce, adapt or use them commercially without written consent. STARFIELD is an independently developed original work and is not affiliated with any third-party game company or its works.

7. Changes, Interruptions and Disclaimer

The Service may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure. We will do our best to minimize the impact, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided free of charge and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service; where the law imposes mandatory provisions, those provisions apply.

9. Changes to the Terms and Governing Law

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the game and the effective date will be updated; continued use after the announcement constitutes agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. Translations are provided for convenience only; in case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
